I Made This Beatrix Potter-Inspired Easter Pie With The Leftovers In My Fridge!

I had intended to make an apple pie for Easter this weekend, but when I had everything set up and ready, I realized I only had half the amount of apples I needed! So I improvised with what I had on hand - some frozen strawberries, raspberries, flour, and bananas (as thickener.) Well it may have begun as an accident, but it turned out to be the most delicious flavour I've ever baked! I will definitely be making "leftovers" pie in the future...
