On october I got tested positive for Covid-19 and had so much time on my own (more than 2 weeks) so I decided to do something not regular. This being said – I read books, listened to full concerts (got in love with Oasis) and played some PC games (Elder Scrolls, Skyrim). Apart these activities, I had a chance to do a few things that I have never did before.
1st thing I did – I brew my own beer. I had bought a set for brewing beer at home conditions but I never had a chance to use it really. The beer was Roasted Irish stout which turned out to be okay.
2nd thing I did – I decided to develop my own Feels.Bar version. Feels Bar is a meme that I used to see on internet now and then and it’s purpose is to let users to share their recent experience, life events, mini victories. I was surprised by the comment section of it each time: people were honest and supportive to each other, it felt that this meme brings the community together.
I always wanted to create a project for it, so earlier this year I bough a .bar domain and hosting for it. With this being said, I had zero experience with wordpress, design, plugins and in general – website creation. But I have been able to put some things together and create Feels.Bar site.
That is my little positive story that was caused by my positive test results. I guess you can turn (or at least try) everything bad to a certain good!
Even in these hard times you can achieve good things!
