The diversified culture of Myanmar is part of the country's unique identity. Akha tribe is located in the hill tribes area. They are known to have silver caps which differentiate them from other tribes.
What amazed me is the style of decoration especially the coins which are a sign of wealth. The coins go back to more than two centuries. France and India are the origins of some of the coins. What is also special is that some of them sleep while putting it and they are proud to show it to other tribes.
Unfortunately, such cultures are vanishing quickly because of globalization. The new generations are embracing western clothes and this beautiful art is going away.
