I Got Tired Of Seeing People Throw Away Their Empty Bullet Casings...so I Turned Them Into Jewelry.

I grew up around hunting and target shooting my entire life. I remember seeing my dad's spent shells and thinking about how shiny/pretty they were. My husband and I frequent outdoor shooting ranges. I saw so many people left their empty casings behind. That can't be good for the environment! So we gathered up all the discarded spent shells that had been left behind and I started figuring out what I could make from them. Jewelry and accessories were the answer. I use every piece I collect. If I can't add gems, they still get cut and polished into more subtle earrings, necklaces, or into cufflinks, money clips or magnets. Some calibers cannot be easily cut and those become one-of-kind necklaces/keychains with beads/gemstones. Nothing is wasted!

People who like guns like them because they can show off their hobby in a subtle and classy way.

People who don't like guns like the idea of turning something that potentially can be used for harm into something of beauty.

Everyone likes that it keeps metal out of the environment!
