On october I got tested positive for Covid-19 and had so much time on my own (more than 2 weeks) so I decided to do something not regular. Since my girlfriend and flatmate needed to get out for two weeks so I could start and finish my self-isolation, I had an entire flat to myself. Looking now back at the recent history - I see it as a 2 weeks entirely for myself (no disrespect for other COVID patients, I just hadn't that bad, I mean during the two weeks I had many symptoms - headaches, vomiting, diarhea, joints pain, smell and taste loss, high temperature - but I wasnt hospitalized. This being said - I read books, listened to full concerts (got in love with Oasis) and played some PC games (Elder Scrolls, Skyrim). Apart these activities, I had a chance to do a few things that I have never did before.
1st thing I did - I brew my own beer. I had bought a set for brewing beer at home conditions but I never had a chance to use it really. The beer was Roasted Irish stout which turned out to be okay.
2nd thing I did - I decided to develop my own Feels.Bar version. Feels Bar is a meme that I used to see on internet now and then and it's purpose is to let users to share their recent experience, life events and so on. I was surprised by the comment section of it each time: people were honest and supportive to each other, it felt that this meme brings the community together. What I disliked about it - it rarely was on hot page, so only minority of people could express themselves in comment section. I wanted to change that! I wanted it to be 24/7 availablr.
I always wanted to create a project for it, so earlier this year I bough a .bar domain (cost a lot... haha) and hosting for it. With this being said, I had zero experience with wordpress, design, plugins and in general - website creation. But I have been able to put some things together and create Feels.Bar site.
Few functions don't work properly, but I will fix them as soon as possible. Now that I am back at work and doing 12 hours shift as a volunteer at the local hospital's covid-19 patients section.
That is my little positive story that was caused by my positive test results. I guess you can to turn, or at least try, everything bad to a certain good!

Even in these hard times you can achieve good things!
