I've always been quiet and an introvert. This past year I've been a lot more open and welcoming to people. But I also met a friend last year. A friend that I like more as a significant other almost at first glance. She too was quiet and introverted and didn't have many friends. She was picked on daily and in every class. Eventually we started dating. We get back to school and everyone already knows. Suddenly I'm in the spotlight and everyone hates me for who I love. Why are people so Homophobic?
