Talking about feelings is hard. Because who has time for that? And you know what, sometimes it feels like a hassle - choosing the right words and waiting for the right time.
That's how I started doodling. It feels like a shorthand for all the things I can't explain, and can't be bothered to explain.
"How was your day?"
Well, I feel like I'm on a journey of self discovery. But a little less serious than that. Here - visualise a dog sniffing its own behind, like it just found out something new about its own weird stench. That's a little like how I feel about myself right now.
Gosh, I don't know how anyone would respond to that. So maybe this little doodle will help explain it all a little better. In a more digestible, socially acceptable manner.
