I Found A Solution For Mini-Break Packing,

If your weekends are spent working your way through your ‘travel ticklist’ then you’re in good company. As inveterate travellers ourselves, we spend an unhealthy amount of our time fixated on flight schedules (and stockpiling mini bottles of shampoo.) From the foodie delights of Rome, to the creative buzz of Berlin, if there’s a city to explore, it’s a pretty safe bet that we’re already booking our flights.
Of course, all this travelling inevitably comes at a cost. Despite budget airlines being our saviour, their stringent baggage allowance leaves a lot to be desired. Us women, quite naturally, take pride in our sense of style. Yet remaining fashion forward whilst out on the road is no mean feat. Crumpled outfits, jetlag and overpriced food are pretty much par for the course…or are they?
This is where The Ultimate Travel Dress comes into its own. Sleek, stylish, and (most importantly of all) so slimline that you can pack it in your carry on, AND meet budget airline baggage limits. Perfect!
What’s more, for the price of just 6 pieces, you’ll get 100 different outfits that can be assembled in an instant, enabling you to make the most of your mini breaks, with an outfit for every occasion.
Sounds too good to be true right? Believe it. We love hopping from one country to the next, but were sick of having literally NOTHING TO WEAR when we arrived at our destination. So we scratched our heads, brainstormed some ideas, drank an insane amount of coffee (creative fuel!), and the Kameleon Rose Collection took shape. (www.kameleonrose.com)
We wanted to create a range that reflects the mini-break maverick traveller, and solves all the frustrations they face. A wardrobe worth of items that STILL fits in your carry on? Tick. Stretchy, comfortable fabric that moves with you, rather than restricts your activities? Absolutely. Clothes that are comfortable without sacrificing style? You bet.
Even for short haul flights, comfort is key. There’s people to see, places to go, and a ticklist to check check check! The way we see it: why let uncomfortable clothing dictate your itinerary? If we had a penny for every time our journeys have been spoilt by uncomfortable clothing, we’d be so rich, we’d buy shares in Cadbury’s and live in Chocoholic Utopia for the rest of our days (yep, that’s on the goal list too!...) We travel for freedom, and our clothes should reflect that fact right from the get-go.
And it’s not just comfort we care about. From the food that makes up our meal, to the beans we grind for our coffee, we’re all increasingly conscious consumers. We want to know where our purchases come from, and that all involved in producing them get a fair deal for their efforts. All of the pieces in our collection are made from ethically sourced materials in Madagascar, which support local livelihoods in the region. We spent several months in the country learning local weaving techniques; these women are an absolute asset to our team, and we’re privileged to have them on board.
Wherever you have in mind for your mini-break, we’re here to make it a reality, rather than a restriction courtesy of your clothes. Sample the local food-and rest safe in the knowledge that the stretchy fabric of our items will accommodate. Get to the airport-and know that your bag meets low-cost airline requirements from the outset. Exit the plane-secure in the knowledge you look a million dollars regardless of budget.
Dare to live the life you’ve always wanted. We did, and it changed our lives forever.
Warmest wishes,
Jurate Giedraityte
