Today I found a baby mouse in my house; it came as a surprise. We knew we had a "small mouse issue," we just did not realize the two adult mice we let go into our canyon had left behind a little mouse indeed.
Knowing the poor baby, still with its eyes shut, would meet an unfortunate fate, I researched all I could and tried to save it.
My family and I will miss our little friend.
