Here are the steps I take to create my artwork "Artisticle". I use a ruler, a circle template, a handful of markers, and an insane number of dots. This piece is called "Fish". It took about 8 hours to complete. Once a drawing is complete I mount it to wood with a thick coat of matte finish to seal it.
