Back in February I saw that the Firefall was going off in Yosemite, so I ditched out on my job, rented a car and drove up the next morning. After failing miserably the first night by hiking half way up a mountain, getting drunk, and realizing I had the wrong angle, I was determined to get a good shot the next day. Found a nice secluded spot, and BOOM! I'd say I captured it pretty good.
