I am a textile artist based in Devon, England. I am inspired by the world of insects to create an alternative to traditional framed taxidermy, my fabric insects can decorate your home or your person.
Using only natural fabrics I make familiar species and those that are more exotic. Sometimes my imagination takes over completely and a unique new variety is 'hatched'.
All my work begins with observational drawing and develops on the sewing machine.
