Three years ago I started this photo manipulation project by using some creative flair, basic Photoshop skills and hours of Google searches to find the perfect picture of the famous actors.
I liked the first artworks so much that I have continued during these years. I have refined some techniques and opened to some not so classic Hollywood stars, but I always have stuck to the same rule: respect the originals - both the classical art and the actors - and revisit them with elegance and sophistication.
Choosing each new famous painting to work with is a new challenge, especially considering I always start with a precise idea of the actress or actor I want to match. Nonetheless, it's relaxing to once in a while dig into the golden age of Hollywood.
At least if you like these iconic movies as I do.
