How Should I Come Out To My Parents?

I am bisexual and I haven't told my parents yet my brother and dad can be judgemental and a tad homophobic I recently told my sister, she supports me but things have been kinda awkward between us, and she wants me to tell them I want to tell my mom but I don't know how.
What should I do?

Come out to your mum first, now with your brother and dad; it depends what you mean by homophobic if they make jokes and call people the f slur and gay in a derogatory way that sucks but they probably won’t get violent or anything like that, if they say stuff like these people burn in hell, or threaten openly gay people that could be an issue, come out to ur mum first and see how that goes, from there she can help you come out to other family members. Don’t worry about your sister it can take a while for a family member to get use to it, she probably thinks a lot will change and that’s what she’s worried about, after a while she’ll get used to it

If you would like my two cents, anything could happen. From what you are saying, I would say open to your mom first since she sounds like she would be more open. Your brother and dad, it is a 50/50 chance. They might be upset at first, but hopefully will realize that you are as you have always been.

Be who you are. Stand in your truth. F**k what everybody else thinks

You shouldn’t have to ‘come out’. Do straight people have to declare their sexuality?
