I suffer from severe depression and anxiety disorders as well as bipolar disorder. I fo to group meetings and therapy 3x weekly. And still I need more. I've been through some major trauma starting when I was 14.

I have lots of anxiety too and it helps me to make a routine and plan things. Know that you are not alone and we are here to help❤

I’ve asked my parents for therapy but they are convinced I just need to pray more. Anyways, usually I just think, “What would feel good in this moment?” Sometimes I need to rant (I don’t have anyone I can rant to so I have a page of rants in my notes app), and sometimes it’s as simple as a shower or chocolate chip cookies. I do those things and try to think of something I like about myself to reassure me.
