Pulled bolognese sauce.
brown 2kg (one piece) beef in a pan.
add 1 onion, 1 leek, 2 carrots, 5 sellery stalks (cut to 1cm pieces), garlic and brown it slightly.
put everything in the slow cooker with 1 tube tomato mark, 1-2 glasses red wine, 1 can of tomato, 1 glas beef broth, fennel seeds (smashed), salt, oregano, thyme, rosemary, pepper...cook on low for 6 hours.
take out the beef carefully and shred it.
put it back in and stirr... if it's too watery cook it without a lid till just right.
