I make ugly weird faces by squishing my face into my neck to have double/triple chins and then release, looking at my skinnier face from what I just had. Ngl it gives me a boost of confidence

I talk to / with myself....like, a lot.. can even have full blown discussion with fictional me. It's not hearing voices or psychose, I just respond as if someone asked something.

Stick stuff down my throat to attempt throw up if I am afraid I ate too much. It never works, and I am left with guilt on overeating. I want to get better but I donโt want to fall behind in school because I had to go to a hospital. As long as Iโm a healthy weight Iโll keep doing this.
