it's quite strange, but spaghetti pizza. my grandpa was full-blooded italian and an AMAZING cook. i was a young child watching care bears and they put spaghetti on pizza and i wanted to try it. so my grandparents and my parents made a recipe and made the pizza. i've only had it once but it was really really good and i want to make it again.

Went to a posh restaurant, years ago, had a truffle risotto starter. Cannot remember the main, although I remember it was nice, just not as nice as the risotto. If I knew how good that risotto was, I'd have had it as a starter and a main, and a dessert.

Macaroni and cheese with 5 kinds of tangy cheese (cheddar, provolone, parmesan, Colby Jack, and mozzarella). So thick, so cheesy, so #&$@ delicious!

I'm just going to go ahead and say homemade ice-cream.
One time my friend brought ice-cream to a potluck...made with milk from his cow and eggs from his chickens.
Nothing beats it.
