Well, I was sick a LOT from the time when I was a baby to 6th grade. I had PFAPA, which was a periodic fever syndrome. I’d get really sick for around 6 days every month or so, not being able to talk or eat. I also got pneumonia once and a few double ear infections.
I’d say the best thing is getting to stay out of school, and the worst thing is how you feel during that time. It almost feels like you’re pinned down, and can’t do anything.
Trust me, I’ve been through lots of sickness.
