What do you need advice on?

I need to figure out ways to start talking. I pretty much don't talk at school because I have such social anxiety. How can I overcome this because I know that I am missing out on having friends and social experiences?

Totally like a guy who lives ACROSS THE WORLD (thanks, internet) and conversations are all the same, he stopped messaging me, and I’m to stupidly awkward to message him because wHaT iF hE’s BuSy Or HaTeS mE? Anyway, not much to be done about that I guess
