whats something that happens to you that youre not sure happens to anyone else?

When I need to sneeze, I start to feel extremely sick, like i need to vomit, like to the point where my mouth starts doing that thing where it creates a bunch of saliva right before you throw up, just for me to sneeze and be completely fine again.

Heart palpitations after eating a meal. Had it all my life, I’m 58 and investigations are normal. Also feeling REALLY nauseous then suddenly sneezing and no longer nauseous??????
