Hey Pandas, Whats One Thing About Society You Would Change?

The hunting and killing of animals. (There are a few exceptions: Deer. Where I live, the amount deer are actually harming the ecosystem. I’m sure there are a few others that actually harm the ecosystem, but I don’t know of any others)

Dog, cat (or any other animal) “factories” I’m not going to type out anything else- or this post would be longer than the wait at Chick-fil-A on Saturday.

The amount of food, and water people waste.

SINGLE USE PLASTIC (Plastic water bottles should only be used in emergency situations. Natural disaster hit area etc)

Body expectations. They are a total load of BS. I want you to know that every inch of you is perfect from the bottom to the top.

Big sad company’s that destroy nature, and basically, happiness.

Industrial everything, just get rid of it.

The scammers who… scam. ESPECIALLY the ones who scam old people; people who scam them should be shot into the sun.

I will probably think of a lot more, but this is all I have for now.

Blaming video games for children doing crimes. They're just ignoring that bullying and abuse exists. Whenever a child gets angry and starts shouting, people blame it on social media and screens when in reality, it could be something way deeper.

The economy. Not the one we have, but I'd like us to find the one that works the best for everyone. No idea what that would be. We've spent millenia working towards it, but get thwarted every time we develop a money system that elevates a group of people. I wish we could discover the one that works and implement it worldwide. SO many of these other problems would then begin to correct themselves.

The "system" that was originally implemented to help needy people has unfortunately been turned into "...the more kids I have the more benefits I get" by some thus creating a perpetual cycle of children living in poverty and abuse.

The real problem is that you can't just cut-off benefits to these abusers/baby-factories since the kids will be the ones to suffer and these people know it and use it to their advantage.

And to those of you thinking I'm making this all up: get bent. It's a huge problem, I've seen it firsthand, and it it applies to all races.

I would change the society’s portrayal of us aliens

I would make it so that we were still hunter-gatherers, chilling with nature, none of us have power over the other. We all work together to survive and don’t start getting power-hungry or cause climate change or drive animals to extinction, we only take what we need.

The views on autism

getting rid of all the homophobes, transphobes, racists, fataphobes ect

Cruelty to animals. Whether it's puppy mills, cruel farming methods, dog fighting, animal experimentation or any other of a myriad of issues; millions of creatures are suffering. I want tougher laws & actual punishments handed out to animal abusers.

We have training, licensing and testing for ever skilled job out there, especially if it affects other people or society as a whole, but anyone can have a child.

In many areas of the world there people who are forced, coerced, guilted or shamed into having children they don’t want or can’t cope with.

If we want to lower crime rates, improve society’s mental health crises, and stop the cycles of both poverty and abuse in the world, we need to do a better job at screening, training, and supporting parents and allowing people who shouldn’t be parents to choose not to be with no stigma, pressure or shame.

The hate to people who are either less fortunate or don't like the same things the "popular group" does. They threaten to beat people up and when you try to make friends with them it ends up with them humiliating you. Do I seriously have to have TikTok and be on it 24/7? What happened to family and friends? It's not my fault my family can't afford to buy me some Blazers or Jordans.

The amount of suicide that goes down. I’m sorry but a shitload of suicide is caused by bullying online or in person and that’s just something I just can’t accept.

No plastic surgery Everyone just looks like they look.

Getting OFFENDED!!.Nowadays people literally get offended about almost anything.

can we all please take into consideration the intent of any given act or comment?

it seems everyone wants to jump to the least charitable conclusion at all times, like the attitude of the internet leaked into real life. lets not do that.

people make mistakes even when they are trying hard not to. if it came from a good place then accept it and move on instead of getting offended over every little thing.

Gen Z's way to think the world revolves around them. I am Gen z btw. Like- this culture makes everything about you you you. YOU do YOU. Treat YOUrelf. Take some YOU time, ect ect. Sure all of that is important now and then- but we have taken it way too far. People(of all ages, races, backrounds) are so entitled now. People take extreme offence in the most normal, inoffensive things just because they can- and the will get praised for it!

Like, take the song Scars to your beautiful by Alessia Cara- it's a good, pretty song for the most part. But the one line- "And you don't have to change a thing, the world can change it's heart-". I mean, not really! The world doesn't have to change just to fit you! Not in every case of course- but a lot of the time, YOU are the problem! Believe it or not, there are a LOT of problems out there, that are much much bigger than you.

People who make their zodiac sign their whole personality.

Babes this is kinda directed at people like me or people with any kind of medical illness like diabetes . Can society stop acting like I'm a baby every time I'm a bit hypo or a bit high?! Like people say "oh dear lord hon, are you ok?!" When I'm just a bit low. I mean, I like people respecting me, but it's different to before!!

I wish we could all be seen for who we are, what we do, and how we treat others. nothing more. True equality. No gender, no race, no religion, and if we could manage it, no money

Disciplining your kids.

Honestly I was in the cinemas with my mom 2 days back. We haven't been in a long time. So as the the big screen was opening up, I could hear the kids shouting and running around. And as the movie was playing, I could hear peppa pig being played on a phone. The parents didnt say anything.

I'm also fuming as I'm writing this. I should've had a talk with those kids and tell to not misbehave and have a word with the parents about them not disciplining their children.

Younger kids should have more discipline so that in the future, they'll know how to behave and not push people buttons.

DISCIPLINING YOUNGER KIDS SHOULD NOT BE FROWNED APON !!!!
