Racism. Seriously there is one race, the human race. So skin colour differs, so what? Hair colour, eye colour etc differ. So what?

I would like to change society's outlook towards mental health. People think people with mental health issues are weak. Even if they don't think they are weak they don't know how to help them. All they need is little support. I understand people with mental health issues need to help themselves but support from other people can help them to bounce back

I wish that science and technology would take precedence over politics. I wish people would take scientific facts more seriously instead of spreading misinformation. I wish intelligence and critical thinking weren’t seen as immoral.

Organized religion. It holds too much sway over too many people.

The constant sexualization of women and girls must end. End rape and punish rapists. Parents, teach your daughters that they are more than house cleaners and chattels to sell for a bride price, and by all means enroll them in self-defense classes as early as possible. Teach your sons that girls and women are full human beings with the same rights, hopes, abilities and ambitions as males. Men, stop leering, catcalling and making sexual jokes about women; rebuke your male associates for doing the same, and for heaven's sake, keep your hands to yourself. Create a business culture where women's ideas and abilities are taken as seriously as men's are, and where women are paid equally for equal work.

Equal rights is not a pie. Just because other people have more, doesn't mean you get less. All the "when's International Men's Day/White History Month" people need to be put up against a wall.

the romanticism/glorification of having a mental illness. like people who romanticize having ADHD or depression are just an ick. it's not fun, it's not pretty, it's really fcking hard, and can end very badly. then we have Maddy out here, who gets sad sometimes going "I'm depressed". u are just kinda sad babe, and maybe u could be, but it's not something ur trying to be, or u strive for.

The worst thing ever is obviously f*****g tipping culture. Just f*****g pay m***********g workers a living wage ok. Don't f*****g rely on tips people ever heard of the circulation of money give ur f*****g workers a living wage. 🤬🤬😡😡👿😤

Racism and bigotry. The whole "cancel culture" movement. People being so quick to be offended by the slightest little things. People being so quick to bash one another for having differences of opinions. I know the title said "one" but had a few bottled up.

I wish people would treat animals with not anger and meanes, and not abuse them. i woulden't abuse my son so why abuse animals.

One thing? Of the multitude of things wrong with society? Jeez, not easy!!!
Ummmm ....... More tolerance? People just need to get over themselves and learn some fkn empathy....... There's much more we have in common than that make us different!
Not that it will happen, we are still a tribal species, we stick to our tribes and beliefs.... However archaic they may be...

Governmental interference with what a woman does with her body.

I get it. I get the whole "right to life" bit. But if you're looking to reduce the number of terminated pregnancies, restricting (or eliminating) access is not the answer, especially when the rules are being made by old men who lack a sense of decency (not to mention a basic knowledge of biology!)

Other than making sure it's done safely and hygienically, the government shouldn't be involved at all. This decision is between you and your doctor.

There are better ways to "save babies".

I want to change the world. But I'm not sure what I can do.

If you ask me what I would like to change in the world, I wouldn't know where to begin, but I believe we should first start by changing ourselves

There is a saying by Rumi-"Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.'. I believe one step at a time. When we try to be a better version of ourselves, we can definitely help people around us. A change in perspective can also bring a lot of change for the immediate world around us.

Educate everyone on the difference between sex and gender. They are related, most of the time they match, they may match for you, that does NOT mean they are the same thing, and that they match for everyone.

People.

Civics. The realization that those rights we are so adamant about receiving are tied directly to responsibilities and obligations. It's a two-way street.

Also, teaching young people about civic duty and politics, and how they are connected, makes for more informed voters and better politicians.

Corruption of capitalism, all the niggling little laws that allow the rich to milk the middle class. For example copyright laws that provide protection (and revenue) for 70 years after the copyright holders death. If you can't get just compensation in the first 10 years it wasn't that good. The lack of anti-trust enforcement that allow giant corporations to overwhelm the market and eliminate competition. No enforcement of existing labor laws that allow immigrants and poor to work for too many hours without breaks, overtime or reasonable wages. The list goes on, and on, but if capitalism could be improved we would all be better off.

Peoples lack of skepticism, especially in a religious manner. Would love for all people to be able to look at there beliefs unbiasedly and with skepticism

Community Terrorism

Basically school shooters, Neo-Nazi groups, arsonist, ETC. I just hate violence because it is not always the answer

i would say that schools need to care about their students more than they do.
