Vaccinations! They are the most rigorously tested d***s out there and have demonstrated their effectiveness over the course of decades, saving millions of lives.

Potatoes. They are rich in Vitamin C (antioxident) and loaded with other vitamins, minerals and fiber.
It is the additional stuff; butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, etc that adds the calories.
But "FLAVOR?" you may ask. Baby potatoes with a little olive oil, herbs or salt and pepper and roasted are delicious.

Video games. They can provide a form of stress relief while helping with coordination and problem solving skills.

Being on your own! Sometimes I just go for a walk by myself just to clear my head and think, sometimes your own company is the best company.

Using the word, "no" without falling into an argument about it. Personal boundaries are healthy. And complex carbohydrates; our bodies actually need them for many different reasons. I only add that last one because a coworker is a first-time keto dieter and they are being really annoying currently about their "amazing progress" of losing water weight from being VERY overweight to begin with.

Hard to write this without being censored...but I understand that for a man, keeping the prostate exercised with regular activity, even solo, is likely to reduce the chances of prostate cancer in later life. Regardless of your view on the morals of the sin of Onan, your teenage son might just protecting his future health when he's alone in his bedroom.

Lifting heavy weights.... I know that's realitive because one person may think 10 pounds is heavy and another might think 500 pounds is heavy. But the key is to life as heavy as you can because this forces your body to build up your muscle and bones.

And no.. you won't end up looking like a body builder unless you take the growth hormones so start lifting!!!!
