Apple phones - Overrated, gutted I bought in to them in the first place. Now I own £1000's worth of apps and music I'm stuck with them.
Underrated - Microsoft Teams - our business has thrived through the pandemic because of this app. So much so that we've adopted a hybrid way of working and don't force people to come to the office as they can easily contact each other on Teams.
