Not the answer but my dad's final bite was a spoon of peach yogurt with diced watermelon, given to him by his nurse on his deathbed. He died the next day. I always thought that was a pretty good bite.

I've eaten in many michelin star restaurants, and some of the food was fantastic.
But I'd still go with an extra large bacon double cheese burger from Burger King.

There is a takeaway near me. I love their chicken. But it has disastrous results within an hour or two. I would choose this as my final meal, assuming I do not have to deal with the faecal aftermath.
