As a recovering alcoholic i had to admit defeat in order to win. Once i admitted i could not and would never be able to control my drinking then i gained the power to stay stopped.

When you're scared of being alone, you're actually scared of not being alone, so really you're scared of thinking you're alone when you are not alone but you think you're scared of what you really, truly aren't scared of at all.
