Don't know if it's actually karma but last year a coworker misunderstood a joke of mine. A supervisor who doesn't like me took a minor concern and over stepped. I got drug tested( I'm in recovery so I knew i was clean) the supervisor didn't realize she just couldn't drug test her employees with out reason. She made the initial complaint much worse. Tried to have me fired. Was placed on paid admin leave until investigation was complete. Due to covid that was a month. Which after I was cleared and the supervisor got into trouble. So in the end I got a month paid vacation ๐ oh and due to contract timing I also got a raise.
