Hey Pandas, What Small Thing Changed Your Whole Mood?

I was in a fantastic mood, then my mom called me inside and asked me to do something for her. i dont remember what it was but when I finished it had pushed me to a panic attack and I felt horrible for almost an hour after, then I was talking to my uncle and I wanted to tell him about it but he was so happy because he just finished talking to his kid for the first time in a while and I didn't want to mess up his mood but I was still recovering from the panic and I felt rlly guilty for this but I was rlly jealous that he got a good relationship with his son and I'll never get the chance to have one with my dad.
