I would say Weather-Resistant Jacket, Backpack, Cargo Pants or Jeans, a mask of some sort, gloves such as the leather kind for practical usage, safety glasses, and a belt. It really depends on what sort of post-apocalyptic environment you would be in.

Just to be clear, specifically regular clothes. Like if society collapsed tomorrow, what would you take from your house to wear?

From my own wardrobe,
Shoes: boots or sneakers, will hold up good in most terrains, good for lots of walking
Pants: probably something along the lines of athletic wear, it dries quick, and black pants are going to hide stains better
Shirt: plain t-shirt, maybe something dark colored
Jacket: I've got a jean jacket, the material is thick, which would help for protection, and it's got a ton of pockets
