Least favorite things:
Holidays: Valentine’s Day and St Patrick’s day. Both are way too over commercialized in the USA. I know that it’s an Irish holiday St. Patrick’s Day and it’s about some thing. I forgot the history behind it. Also I don’t really get the point of st Patrick’s day. Feel free to tell me the history of it. I know that it’s a religious holiday celebrated with church services and feasts(I asked Siri at the time of writing this).
Valentine’s Day is pointless and sucks being single on that day and why celebrate love on one day when you could do it every day? Also the valentine candies taste unpleasant and are hard to chew. Valentines are half baked thank you cards.
Events(School): Winter formal and spring fling are two of the most pointless dances. Spring fling is a waste of money and winter formal isn’t even that fun. I think it’s the high school movies that ruined my perspective of dances. But also I had a bad experience with winter formal. My date had to cancel due to family issues which I respectfully understood and she said she would make it up by the end of the year she had ghosted me. This was in December 2021.
Spring flings I don’t think they do those anymore.
Homecoming and prom are overrated but at least they have a point and are fun somewhat.
