I've always figured that an ugly outfit can be amazing on the right person. That being said, pretty much 90% of the stuff on those high 'fashion' shows is just fugly.

Long leopard-print skirt with frills paired with a shirt made of, like, 10 different shirts combined. With a handbag sewn into the shoulder. With FRINGE. And BEADS. Free spirit I guess, whatever makes her happy :)
