Is it a technology, a magic trick, a special bond? I don't know, that's why I'm asking you.

I think it's love.
You know, it feels like magic falling in love.
But not just romantically. The tears that you feel when you're losing someone you love (like a sick pet or a friend who's moving away), it feels like magic.
You know, happiness with love can feel like you've taken a love potion or something.
But sadness through love is a totally different thing. I've had two close friends move away and I only realised how important they were to me when I was just about to loose them.
And all the other emotions with love are just crazy. Anger with love is dangerous (*cough* Will Smith...) but you know if you know.

Toilets - how many times I'm sitting there doing my business, in awe that I flush and it just disappears. How? Something about pressure and pipes, and maaaagic!!
Also, electricity and the human body.

Taking chemicals, food, materials and mixing them together to get a chemical reaction. It takes a lot of know-how, and some things are still a mystery.

Back when Momma, Daddy and us 4 kids had suppers together. Somebody would say something about nothing, and the way it went around the table was just hilarious. Seems like we could read each other's mind or something. We could finish each other's sentences. We had so much fun. It would morph too. I think this counts as magic. I've never been apart of anything like this since.

Fossil fluorescence. It’s amazing, and you can trip your friends by stroking your hand in the wetter parts of the sand in the dark, with some gorgeous blue light shows. Also cats! Cats are magic.

The pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon and his team who performed a miracle on my 18-day-old baby born with a critical congenital heart defect, and thus saved her life. Her heart was smaller than a walnut and I still can't believe what they were able to do. She has since had 3 cardiac surgeries and is a thriving 16-month-old thanks to Dr.Gandhi and the team at BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver, BC. True magic/miracles, IMO. ❤️
