I got completely humiliated by my crush asking her out. People say they’re so sorry, but honestly having the courage to do it when you’ve only been out at school is a lot. I’m proud I even came out in the first place, it’s hard.

The fact that I've been married to the same man for 37 years and we still love each other, like each other and enjoy each other. That, we're in a place ( maybe old enough now) to realize that it's all okay.

The fact that I live in my own apartment by myself because several members of my family thought that I would never be able to do it. One family member told me, I would never be able to get away from my mother. My mother and I are very close and they thought I would never be able to leave her side.

I'm proud of my new house. It has a full bar, a billiards table, and tons of space for hangouts.

I have very vivid dreams and I can recall most of them. It's very cool.

I have always wanted to become a teacher, it has been a goal for me since I can remember. However, I had a difficult time as I had Bipolar and school was difficult and I had problems keeping jobs. But I have finally got to the point where I am dealing well with my bipolar and have graduated with an AA in Early Childhood education and within 2 quarters of finishing my Bachelors degree in ECE. I am also working as a Pre-k teacher now and loving every minute of it.
