Rub eggs in your hair as conditioner. Really good, just use a lot of water. Eggs can also be used as glue, which is pretty awesome.

Maybe not a body hack but for your mental well being. Start your day with positive affirmations. It makes for a better day if you start out on a positive note.

80% of the people admitted to hospital through Emergency are clinically dehydrated. If I'm feeling stupid and sluggish, a quart of water is a better, healthier, and cheaper alternative to a cup of coffee. Going dry, OTOH, improves focus at first, so I have to keep track and not overdo it.

If you’re ever feeling physically uncomfortable (headache, fatigued, lethargic, whatever), try drinking a full glass of water. Your body could be thirsty (even perpetually so) and you just might not know it because you don’t feel thirsty.

Nurse here. If you hit or injure any part of your body, quickly rub just above the wound. the nerve fiber that conducts touch is larger than the one that conducts pain, tactile stimuli travel through the spinal cord faster, cutting off the painful sensation.
Another body hack: if any part of your body is itchy (dermatites or mosquito bite) try rubbing ice. It works!

I can stop hiccups. When I feel them coming, I put my head down so my chin is on my chest and take long deep breaths through my nose for about a minute. Never fails.
If the hiccups have already started, this can work too but you might need to do it longer or a few times.
