Not sure if this counts, but I have diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, and SPD (sensory processing disorder) so that's fun!
If we're talking psychical, I had strabismus as a baby (had surgery tho) and had to wear an eye patch for a few months as a toddler because of that. There were also a lot of ear tube/ear surgeries that I remember, but I don't know why.

i have severe scoliosis, so i have two 50 degree curves in my back and they hurt. a LOT. but i deal with it. i also have severe generalized anxiety disorder. those are the only officially diagnosed things but i know i have other undiagnosed conditions
