That you need to reach the speed limit at all times.
I live in the same area for over 30 years now, I know these roads. And I know where a deer will probably cross and I know, which curve you can drive at what speed.
(And I have the goddamn common sense to not overtake a slower vehicle when I can't see the oncoming traffic.)
