One day in the mid 70s a car pulled into the school parking lot and I fell in love. It was a dusty burgundy convertible Karmann Ghia. I ended up with a yellow VW bug. I still want that Karmann Ghia.

I wanted an Alfa Romeo Spyder. Never got it. I now drive a 15-1/2 year old Mazda. Best car I’ve ever had.

I had a 1988 Ford Ranger that I absolutely loved. It took a few years to get the bugs worked out. (Actually, one day a bunch of praying mantis eggs hatched in it! lol) But I worked on it and had it running tip-top. Everything was great until I took it to Tacoma.

Oh how I wanted a Trans Am (1979). Ended up with a Pontiac Grand Prix that backfired (first car).
