I can't go to a doctor as my mom likely won't take me to one but I have been feeling small sharp pains in my chest, stomach, and hip. It feels like small needles.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated

I would hesitate to make any suggestions without having a lot more information about your medical history, which I would not encourage you to share on here. Have you looked at WebMD? It's not the best solution, but it can offer you some ideas.
