Anxiety can sneak up on you in often the most mundane of situations that you may have done 100 times before, it can be quite debilitating and overwhelming. Often leading to trouble breathing, rapid heart rate, confusion and brain fog… it’s easy to withdraw and shut yourself away but grounding techniques can help regulate your breathing and thought patterns to help you push through the anxiety before it becomes a panic attack.
Try not to ‘fortune tell’ too much, focus on what’s the worst that could happen and question is that actually that bad?
