Ace bandage or 2 sports bras, tight, on top of each other and no pads

Get a tight bra or sports bra that is just a bit small on you but not to the point of discomfort. wear an undershirt under it. me and a friend do this it typically works out. However if you don’t like bras then get and undershirt and a small washcloth/rag and that might work. Good luck.

Be really careful when doing this but wearing a slightly too-small sports bra works. wearing 2 regular sports bras is cool too but it might get a bit hot in the summer. Don't wear these when exercising tho.
