I will be 69 in a few days. I have ALWAYS been terrified of going to the dentist, my whole life. We inherited terrible teeth and bad eyes from the maternal side of the family, like everyone on my mom's side wore dentures. Trips to the dentist have always been the stuff of nightmares for me.
