Yeah I do, but there should be a block option in case we get one of those bots or a rude person (which happily there aren't that many on this site).

No. The ability to chat freely is what panda is about without being blocked.

In my experience private chats turn into virtual dating sites and sex forums. Obviously not for everyone, but anytime it’s an option I wind up leaving the the gig out of inability to enjoy the original purpose of the site. Again, just my experience and opinion!!

I actually love that idea. We need to be able to block though, and I think we should have to give requests and accept or reject them.

Yes, but both people should be requested for permission before starting the chat. They should also be allowed to block and to unblock each other.
Side note: If the chat option is enabled, we can do a sort of inauguration ceremony by messaging the bots and spam-flipping them off
