I also have a hole in my cheek... someone on here once reffered to it as my donut hole so thats what it is keke
Mindset? I greet everyone with a smile no matter how they look, sound, or act... i find it not only shows them im friendly but cheers up those who dont show it :3

My lips are really red in colour, when I was younger I always thought I looked like a vampire

I was born with a hole in my heart but it is mostly closed now. I can also touch the tip of my nose with my tongue. Some people think ti is disgusting
