There's a LOT of context missing from your question. Do you feel like she's dismissive of your feelings regarding your mental or physical health? Or is this a case of feeling like your mom just doesn't understand what it's like being your age? (Both are just examples.) The suggestions I'd offer would be very different depending on the context.
