I (14M) love Pokémon. I play the games, collect the cards, etc. A couple months ago, almost a year at this point, one of my best cards (rarity-wise, not stat-wise), a SWSH full art Vaporeon, went missing, and I had been planning to get it graded.
I suspected my stepsister(15F) for three reasons: she had been pestering me to trade for the card, she had stolen my stuff before, and [Steptwin JA](14M), [Steptwin JN](14m), and [Brother] had shown me their cards and it wasn’t there, but when I confronted [Stepsister] about it, she acted like a deer in the headlights and quickly accused [Brother]. Fast-forward a few months, I spend my own money on another card tin, and three more cards go missing: a Leafeon, an Espeon, and a Dark Sylveon V.
Turns out the thief was [Steptwin JN], and [Stepmom] caught him and gave him three days of grounding. I wanted him to get two weeks, for potentially damaging a likely valuable card. The kicker? He stole my Pokémon cards… to spite me for not spending my own money to buy him Pokémon cards.
