Hey Morticians, What Do You Wish Families Knew About Your Job?

I wish families knew that it's better to bring us clothes that are too big rather than too small. We can tuck loose clothing around the person, but we can't make clothes bigger. Also, necklaces don't stay in place on a person who is lying down.
