Hey! I'm a first-generation Pakistani-American so I'm this really interesting thing called "ABCD" or "American Born Confused Desi". It's very interesting sometimes:
When mother says to use the bathroom before leaving so you forcefully pee.
When parents are offended that you are living the easy life they worked so hard to build for you.
When you're scared to tell your parent you got a B on an exam even if it was the highest grade in the class.
The "goodbyes" that last forever after a party.
And a question: When there is a party you're going to that is basically happening for no special occasion, do you randomly pick either western or traditional clothing and hope you picked the right one or are you normal?
