I was using GuitarTuna to tune my BRAND NEW guitar that I legit just opened this morning..it said I almost tuned my high E string correctly..almost there..and..SNAP! It broke. So is there anyway I can repair it at home?

Sorry, but I think you will have to buy a replacement string. And while you're at it, maybe additionally buy a pack of replacement strings so you can replace the whole set at some point. (Tbh, the strings that come with a new guitar are often not the best quality, which is why it's often recommended to replace all of them right away, but personally I don't think it's a must - you want to try out your new guitar, not bother with such things first thing, lol.)
