My biggest secret was when I told my friend that I had a crush on a guy that everyone thought was quite unattractive. I had already told my sister that I had a crush on this guy, and her reaction was not exactly what I was hoping for. In fact, she still teases me about my crush. After I told my sister, I wanted to keep it a secret from anyone else, and did a pretty good job of hiding it. But, I decided that telling my friend about my crush would lift a huge weight off my shoulders. She was kind and understanding about it, and still is. I still have a MAJOR crush on this guy, and, since I have come out of my shell, I have gotten to know him a little bit better. In fact, this summer I went to camp with him and got his phone number. I am so glad I told my friend, because otherwise I would not have the bravery to go up and talk with him.
